Master Lee Hollingsworth talks to the Dark Master

I recently caught up with Master Lee Hollingsworth; we hadn't seen each other for a while. As with many of my guests, we have a small shared history, and our TKD journeys have crossed several times over the past 15 years.

Master Hollingfswoirth was an awesome competitor; it's good to know that he's now passing on his experience to many others.

Master Lee Hollingsworth started Taekwon-Do at the age of 4. A former personal student of Grand Master Trevor Nicholls. He has won multiple world and European medals during his competitive career. He founded HTKD in 2009, opening his first School in Greenford. In 2019 he graded under one of the original Taekwon-Do pioneers, Grandmaster Kong Young Il and achieved his 7th degree Master.
